After the release of the album "Mark of the Mole" in 1981, video game designer Greg Easter created a game based on it for the Atari 2600. It was never released, but if it had been, it would be the first music based video game of all time.
You played as a mole, and you have a hammer. A line of music from the album would play, then you would have to hit a certain part of a cave, to play the right note. This goes on until you complete a song.
